My background

I have been working in the tech industry for 25 years, and I have seen all sorts of both subtle and open discrimination.

Ever since I was studying electrical engineering in Germany in the 1980's (12 women out of 435 students!) equality and a truly equal workplace have been close to my heart.

With my experience, knowledge and network, I can make a real difference for your company!
