My background
I have been working in the tech industry for 25 years, and I have seen all sorts of both subtle and open discrimination.
Ever since I was studying electrical engineering in Germany in the 1980's (12 women out of 435 students!) equality and a truly equal workplace have been close to my heart. Since I started working in the industry, I have helped workplaces and departments to transform and become more including from within, as a project manager and line manager. By bringing my unique experience and ability to see the root cause in any challenge, I have made a real difference in many different ways.
